Todd Davis of Total Control Suspension is neither a stranger or a new comer to the world of off-road shock design.  Todd got his start with a very well known motorcycle shock company called Race Tech. After eight years with RaceTech he branched out on his own.  His first venture was a small operation out of the CT Racing building in October 1998.  After outgrowing the CT location, TCS Racing moved to Lake Ellsinore. Stock Shock Conversions

Description TCS/RaceTech conversions are an economical way for you to upgrade your ATV's suspension for a fraction of the cost of new shocks!  After a complete disassembly and inspection procedure, the shocks are reassembled with new seals, oil and nitrogen. A TCS high flow valve body is installed with proper valving selected for your exact specification.  The final step is the selection and installation of the proper springs and cross-over spacers for your individual needs.

Suggested TCS/RaceTech Retail Pricing

Take advantage of our shock exchange program and avoid the dreaded down time! 

Instead of having to send your shocks in, ATV Suspension Tech is stocking stock front & rear shocks to be converted and sent out to you.

For rear conversions:

A $250 (fully refundable) deposit  will be added to your bill and deducted when your shock is returned and found to be in fully re-useable condition. A $35 service fee will apply.

For front conversions:

A $450 deposit and a $35 service charge will apply. (same terms as stated above).

The full deposit will be returned to you upon receipt and inspection of your core.  All of the cores that we stock are in very close to new condition.  Your cores must be the same!  Any damaged, needed or missing parts will be deducted from your core charge, so make sure your core is in perfect working condition!  If you have any doubt as to weather or not your shocks will be acceptable, please e-mail us a picture of them so there will not be any questions.
