Yamaha Lobo II Control Arms
The lower control arms feature a gull wing design and are constructed of oversized 4130 chromoly. The inboard pivots use PFTE composite lined bearings with precision ground and hardened steel pivot pins. The upper arms feature fully adjustable castor and camber capabilities by using a three piece high misalignment design. It consists of 17-4 stainless steel misalignment spacers and long wearing, Teflon lined, replaceable rod ends. Both top and bottom arms come equipped with a sealed, high angle O.E.M., replaceable ball joint which is encapsulated in the arm to eliminate any potential sheer point. The Lobo II suspension kit for all Yamaha’s and Suzuki/Kawasaki’s come with 4130 Chro-Moly, zinc plated tie rods which allow you to utilize stock tie rod ends. All Suspension kits come sparkle silver powder coated with clear coat, color and chroming options are available upon request.
Honda/ Suzuki/ Kawasaki Lobo II Control Arms
The lower arms feature a gull wing design that is similar to that of our Yamaha arms with the inboard pivot design utilizing the PFTE composite bearing and precision ground pin. The only exception is the Delron seal washers that keep water and debris out. The lower ball joint is an encapsulated Teflon lined spherical bearing with a two-piece high mis-alignment upright adapter to connect the spindle and lower control arm. Our upper arm features the same inboard as the lower control arm and uses a custom fit aluminum rod end to control initial camber adjustment. Our tie rods are constructed of 17-4 stainless steel and utilize stock tie rod ends as well.
Swing arms
Roll Design Lobo II swing arms followed suite with our gull wing design allowing for more travel, more air box clearance, and more brake caliper clearance. Our hand formed 4130 chromoly main rails use a tapered configuration to allow maximum torsion and beam strength to be obtained, along with certified TIG welded joints, we achieve the utmost strength and longevity out of our arms. The rear carrier housing is precisely honed for proper bearing carrier fitment. All Lobo II swing arms come equipped with needle pivot bearings, zinc plated rear pinch bolts, and choice of either skid plate mounts or chain slider mount. Select models use a low drag, long wearing Delron chain roller. All arms come in our standard sparkle silver and clear powder coat. Color and chroming options are available upon request.

Anti-vibration design, made from 17-4 cast stainless steel head and base integrated with a 4130 shaft and certified tag welded joints means these are the strongest stems available on the market. Also available in multple stem lengths and finishes
